From the beginning, our focus has been on service rather than publicity. We chose to develop our work quietly before expanding our online presence in 2025, with the goal of making our programs more accessible to people who may benefit from them. We believe applicants deserve a clear, organized, and responsive experience. Our team uses technology, including AI-assisted tools, to help provide timely communication, guide applicants through the process, and manage inquiries efficiently. This allows our team to dedicate greater attention to application review and program administration. Once an applicant has satisfied all applicable eligibility requirements, completed the required steps, and received final approval, we aim to process grant delivery within 24 hours, where operationally possible. Our goal is to maintain a process that is structured, transparent, and easy to understand. We believe every applicant should understand where they stand and what is required of them. Throughout the process, we strive to provide clear information and explain the next steps. Our grants are non-repayable, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and program conditions. Approval is not guaranteed, and applicants must complete all required requirements before funds can be released.
